Chicken Shrimp Nuggets

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chicken

1 lb. ground shrimp

2/3 cup Bye Bye Grain flour

1 ¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. garlic powder

A dash of white pepper (optional)

¼ cup water

Oil for frying


Directions:

1.In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined. Form into 2 inch round thin nuggets.

2.Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil to the pan and swirl the pan to distribute the oil. Carefully drop the nuggets into the pan and pan fry them until both sides are golden brown. Occasionally, gently press the nuggets using a spatula.

3.Serve the nuggets with or without the condiment of your choice.


Serving suggestion: chop the nuggets into bite-size pieces and drizzle some sriracha mayo on top.
